How do you hire your staff?

We only hire the best residential cleaners available in the Philadelphia area.

We do not hire just any warm body, pay them minimum wage, and send them into your home. We painstakingly look for the best candidates. We have very strict standards with respect to character, attitude, and past job performance/ history. We value our customers and do not want to jeopardize our relationship based on hiring the wrong person. In fact, most applicants do not meet our requirements, but when we find the right person they tend to stay with us for a long time.

It should be noted that all of our employees are actual employees—not independent contractors.

Do you run a background check on all of your employee's?

Yes, although they are not cheap, we perform extensive background investigations as an invaluable part of our recruitment process. When selecting a cleaning company, it is essential to ensure they conduct criminal background checks and other relevant verifications. With this safeguard in place, along with a sound interview process, the risk to all parties is greatly reduced.

Furthermore, all of our cleaners are bonded.

How do you train your staff?

We are proud of the fact that our training program sets us apart from most other cleaning companies. We spend more of our time and money recruiting and training our staff than we do in marketing and administration. This is because we realize that what makes us unique is not a fancy website or flashy cars; rather, it is our thoroughly trained, skilled, and motivated cleaners who provide a quality service.

How many people will clean my home?

For regular weekly or bi-weekly service, we send just one cleaner, and the same person each time. This way the cleaner gets to know your home and requirements and you get to know and trust your cleaner. Many companies will send 3 cleaners out one cleaning and a different set of three the next time! With that model, you never know who is in your home.

What about cleaning supplies?

100% of our regular clients prefer that we use their cleaning supplies, in order to minimize the spread of germs from one house to another. To make it simple, we have a list of recommended cleaning supplies that would be needed and have new supply kits in our office that we can deliver to your home. These supplies will stay in your home and your regular cleaner will track if any refills are needed.
